Please note that the cold plate must not be used at temperatures exceeding 110°C. Only use water and soap to clean the cold plate surfaces. Do not use solvents like alcohol since they may damage the adhesion of the surfaces. Slight shadowing after removing prints is normal with cold plates. To ensure strong model adhesion even at low temperatures, the surface coating of cold plates is specifically designed to be pliable and have a degree of tackiness. As a result, the surface is relatively soft, which can lead to temporary imprinting. However, these imprints will fade over time.
